The CWSO comprises 80 professional and semi-professional players from Wisconsin Central, Northern, and Eastern Wisconsin. Their orchestral experiences include the Milwaukee Symphony, Detroit Symphony, Indianapolis Symphony, San Diego Symphony, Hudson Valley Philharmonic, and United States Military Academy (West Point) Band, among others. Our players are members of the faculty of the UW-Stevens Point Music Department, UWSP alumni and current students, music teachers from elementary, junior high and high schools in the area, retirees, and employees from the private sector.
