Matching gift challenge for new CWSO orchestra folios in honor of Bob Kammer

<img src="http://www.cwso.org/i/i/bob_kammer_001_constant_contact.jpg" width="120"" border="0" align="left" vspace="4" hspace="4">The end has come for the CWSO's orchestral music folios. No longer will duct tape, stitching or band aids work!

The good news is that several generous donors have stepped forward with a matching challenge to fund new folios! These gifts have been made possible through honoring the memory of long-time symphony supporter Bob Kammer.

The cost of 80 new folios for the orchestra is approximately $1300.00, which includes engraving the CWSO logo on the front and inscribing Bob's name on the inside cover.

We currently have one-half of the funds pledged to fund the purchase of the folios IF we are able to raise the remaining amount by November 15, 2011.

Please consider making a donation to fund the remaining balance of the folios - your donation works twice as hard as this is a 1:1 challenge!

Long-time symphony supporter Bob Kammer never played an instrument, but loved music, theater and the arts. Bob's wife Liz has served on the CWSO board of directors, and was a member of the symphony guild for many years. There are countless photos in our archives of Bob and Liz at concerts and symphony fundraisers. Liz states," Whenever and wherever we traveled, we always got tickets to orchestra concerts and other arts and culture events." One of his very favorite memories was attending Christmas Day services at Westminster Abbey in 2004, soaking in the breathtaking music. Bob especially enjoyed jazz.

Devoted husband, father and grandfather, Bob also felt a strong commitment to the arts and culture right here in central Wisconsin. We are pleased to be invited to honor his spirit with the new orchestra folders.

If you are able to help with the matching challenge, please see the CWSO donation page

OR - you may call the office at: 715-345-2976

THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP! Donations for the challenge are welcomed until November 15, 2011
The CWSO is a 501 (c)(3) organization - all contributions are tax-deductible.
