Arrive Early

However you get here, plan to arrive early as there is no seating once the orchestra starts playing. If you do miss the downbeat the ushers will seat you in between pieces.

Time Commitment 

We understand you only have so much time in a day so we wanted to set the stage. 

If you come early for the discussion and stay to mingle a bit afterward you will want to have about two hours set aside.
